adc77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the adc77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and adc77 governing your use of the Services.

By completing the registration process on the adc77 platform, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during onboarding, or by simply accessing or using the Services in any manner, you confirm that:

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the adc77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through adc77 or through any third-party responsible gaming body;
• You have not previously had an adc77 account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions;

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the adc77 platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your adc77 login credentials. adc77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits & Payments

adc77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied on BDT transactions.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by adc77, although individual payment method providers may impose their own limits which adc77 has no control over.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed and credited to your adc77 account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. adc77 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers or issuing banks.

5.3 Funding Sources

You confirm that all funds deposited into your adc77 account are derived from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment method used. adc77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or returned.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your adc77 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods will not be processed.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance meets the minimum requirement.

6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

adc77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with its internal risk management procedures. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it where permitted by adc77's compliance obligations.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. The specific Wagering Requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotional terms published at the time the bonus is offered.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

adc77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

8 Sports Betting Rules

adc77 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the adc77 platform:

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed on the adc77 platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirmation. adc77 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

8.2 Odds and Payout

All odds displayed on adc77 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet. Payouts are calculated by multiplying the confirmed odds by the stake amount.

8.3 Void Bets

adc77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure. 8.4 Live Betting

9 Casino Games

9.1 Random Number Generators

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by adc77

adc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where adc77 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player's activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the player is not eligible to use the Services; or (d) compliance with a regulatory or law enforcement obligation requires it.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be retained by adc77 until the investigation is resolved. If the account is subsequently cleared, retained funds will be released to the player. If a breach is confirmed, adc77 may forfeit funds in accordance with applicable law.

11.2 Closure by Player
